Refund & Return Policy for Book Purchases

1. Physical Books

Customers may request a refund or replacement for physical books within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos of any damage or defects (if applicable)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Digital Books (eBooks)

All digital book sales are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds cannot be issued unless:

  • The file is technically defective or cannot be accessed, and

  • The customer contacts support within 7 days of purchase

If a technical issue is verified, a replacement file or alternative format will be provided.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital books (except in cases of verified technical defects)

  • Signed or personalized books

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Bundles that include digital content

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
